The top number

Total present value is what everything is worth today. Next to it: Balance, LP Recursive and LP Limit. Present value is the fair way to add things that pay at different times: money far in the future counts for a little less today.

Redemption

If the vault pays out a bit less than face value on withdrawal, the trade page shows Redemption below 100%. It is usually 100%.
